At Legacy Links Hair, we take pride in preparing and shipping your order with care.
Order Processing
• Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Shipping
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
International Shipping
• International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
• Delivery times range from 3–14 business days, depending on the shipping rate selected at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
• Legacy Links Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once a package has been marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If you did not receive your package despite delivery confirmation, you must contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
• Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
• Legacy Links Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges
• Legacy Links Hair does not offer refunds or exchanges.
Store Credit Eligibility
• Store credit may be issued only if an item is returned and meets all of the following conditions:
• The item is unopened
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original condition, exactly as it was shipped
• Any item that has been opened, altered, worn, or tampered with is not eligible for store credit.
Final Sale Items
• All products are considered final sale once purchased.

• Legacy Links Hair reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
